On Tuesday, I told you about a video on training upper body pressing from Eric Cressey. It blew up on Facebook and Twitter and today, Eric and I have another one for you, this time about using breathing to increase mobility and stability.
I know, everyone has been talking about breathing lately. The problem is that not a lot of coaches have really talked about how to use it in the exercises and programs. This takes it to a whole new level!

I had a sneak preview of the video so I used three of the exercises with my 60 year old client Joe, who has been experiencing some left side hip pain. He felt great afterwards and said he is definitely going to be using the Deep Squat Breathing with Lat Stretch for his homework. We were already using the Dead Bug but have modified it per Eric's recommendations to see if we can get better results.
