"Ask Gray Cook"
Gray Cook answers questions about his methods posted on the StrengthCoach.com Forum
Gray answers:
"Where do you draw the line on performing exercises that we know are biomechanically inappropriate such as highly loaded or repetitive squats with poor form or core training of lumbar flexion or rotation? We see many individuals suggesting 3 sets of 10 in a week isn't going to hurt someone. How do you decide when it's too much? Is 1 bad repetition too many?"
